titleOfInvention Mineral separation process for treating magnetite containing fine gold minerals
abstract The invention relates to a mineral processing technology for processing magnetite containing fine gold minerals, wherein the iron grade of raw ore is 33% -37%, the gold grade is 1.9-2.1 g/t, and the mineral processing technology is characterized in that: the raw ore is processed by the process of the invention comprising one-section semi-autogenous grinding screening operation, two-section closed circuit grinding operation, magnetic suspension operation, concentration operation, three-section closed circuit grinding operation, magnetic separation operation, flotation operation, filtering operation and tailing dump leaching operation to obtain final iron ore concentrate with iron grade of more than 66.5 percent, iron recovery rate of more than 85.0 percent and gold grade of less than 0.2 g/t; the final gold concentrate with gold grade of more than 29g/t, gold recovery rate of more than 90 percent and iron grade of less than 13.0 percent is obtained. The invention has the advantages that: 1) the hard rock and the steel scrap balls are used as the grinding medium of the vertical mill, so that the consumption is saved, the efficiency is improved, and the capacity of the semi-automatic mill is released; 2) adopting a magnetic flotation all-in-one machine and assembled three-stage concentration washing new equipment; 3) and (4) heap leaching of flotation tailings.
