abstract | The invention discloses a selective catalytic reduction denitration method, which comprises the steps of conveying urea solid powder and water to a mixing area in the middle of a flue gas denitration device through a feeding mechanism in a feeding area of the flue gas denitration device respectively to prepare a reducing agent solution; uniformly mixing the reducing agent solution, preheating to the temperature of 100-; the purified flue gas is discharged from the upper part of the denitration zone, is dedusted after being demisted by a demister and cooled by a cooler and then is discharged into the air, and the reducing agent solution which does not participate in the reaction at the bottom of the denitration zone is collected and then circulated to the mixing zone. The selective catalytic reduction denitration method has good mass transfer effect of gas-liquid two phases and high removal rate of nitrogen oxides; the flue gas denitration device has the advantages of stable and reliable operation, small occupied area, compact structure and simple and convenient operation, and is beneficial to large-scale popularization and application. |
