titleOfInvention Sintering flue gas desulfurization and denitrification purification system and process
abstract The invention discloses a sintering flue gas desulfurization, denitrification and purification system, which comprises a prewashing tower, a desulfurization tower, a denitrification device and a clean flue gas whitening device, wherein the prewashing tower is connected with the denitration device; the system has the advantages of high desulfurization and denitrification efficiency; and the purified flue gas can be directly discharged into the atmosphere after the white elimination treatment, thereby meeting the requirements of environmental protection production. The invention also discloses a process of the sintering flue gas desulfurization, denitrification and purification system, which comprises an ozone reaction process, an absorption reaction process, an oxidation reaction process, flue gas demisting and whitening and byproduct processing; the process of the invention denitrates the flue gas by ozone, then uses ammonia water and compressed air to respectively carry out absorption and oxidation reactions, and can obtain a byproduct ammonium sulfate solution while desulfurizing the flue gas; the flue gas can be directly discharged into the atmosphere after further demisting and whitening, and the standard discharge is met; the by-product ammonium sulfate solution can be further processed to obtain the product ammonium sulfate, thereby increasing the economic benefit.
