titleOfInvention Method for fixing cells and cell fixing reagent
abstract The invention discloses a method for fixing cells, which is to add a fixing reagent into the cells to be fixed, wherein the fixing reagent is glyoxal fixing solution, and the glyoxal fixing solution is glyoxal solution with the pH of 6.0-8.0 and the mass percentage concentration of glyoxal of 1-5%. The invention also provides a cell fixing reagent which is a glyoxal solution with the pH of 6.0-8.0 and the mass percentage concentration of glyoxal of 1-5%. The method and the fixing reagent have the fixing effect equivalent to that of 4 percent paraformaldehyde, can better maintain the original shape of cells, avoid the cells from becoming thick after being fixed, and have the advantages of good safety, good reagent stability and low cost.
