In particular to a method for synthesizing amino-oligosaccharide by utilizing N-acetylglucosamine based on multi-enzyme synergy, beta-N-acetylglucosaminidase with reverse hydrolytic activity/transglycosidic activity, chitinase, nucleic acid for coding the enzymes, a nucleic acid construct, a carrier and a host cell containing the nucleic acid, and a method for producing the enzymes. The method disclosed by the invention can prepare the amino-oligosaccharide with different connection modes and the polymerization Degree (DP) of 2-10 by an enzyme method; the reaction condition is mild, the energy consumption is low, no pollutant is generated, and the method has important application value. |
