abstract | The invention provides a biomass lubricant for drilling fluid, which is prepared from the following raw materials: 15-30 parts by weight of biomass base oil; 3-5 parts of ionic liquid antiwear agent; 2-5 parts of emulsifier; 0.5 to 1 weight portion of defoaming agent; 0.05 to 0.1 weight portion of adhesion promoter; 58 to 80 parts by weight of water; the biomass base oil is prepared from a front-end fraction of natural fatty alcohol, organic acid and a lipase catalyst; the viscosity increasing agent is high-viscosity sodium carboxymethyl cellulose. Compared with the prior art, the biomass lubricant for the drilling fluid provided by the invention adopts components with specific contents, realizes better interaction, and has the characteristics of strong lubrication, high temperature resistance, environmental protection and no toxicity, and good compatibility; the drilling fluid is suitable for special drilling operations such as extended-reach wells, inclined wells, horizontal wells and the like, and is particularly suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure oil and gas wells with deep reservoir burial. |
