titleOfInvention Acetone refining and purifying process for carbon dioxide/water-rich water
abstract A process for refining and purifying acetone rich in carbon dioxide/water includes such steps as introducing the resultant of cracking reaction of acetic acid into a light-weight removing tower for vaporization, condensing the vapor by condenser, gas-liquid separation, collecting the gas rich in carbon dioxide, introducing the liquid phase into the light-weight removing tower as reflux, introducing the residue from the light-weight removing tower into rectifying tower while adding impurity remover to remove the by-products generated in reaction, condensing the vapor in rectifying tower, introducing it into reflux tank of rectifying tower, collecting one part as liquid phase product of acetone, introducing another part to top of rectifying tower as reflux of liquid phase, and collecting the water containing trace acetone, acetic acid and heavy impurities. The invention can obtain the acetone product with medical grade superior quality, the purity of the acetone reaches 99.7wt%, and the recovery rate of the acetone exceeds 99%. Compared with a non-thermal integration process, the method has the advantage of saving 10-30% of heat.
