The invention provides a method and a device for electrochemically treating carbon particles, which mainly solve the technical problems that the carbon particles treated by the existing acid oxidation method have strong corrosion to equipment and a grafting method does not meet the environmental protection standard. The invention puts the suspension of carbon particles between parallel anode and cathode with certain interval, applies constant voltage between cathode and anode by electrochemical method, and leads the carbon particles to contact with the anode surface and react to generate oxygen-containing and nitrogen-containing functional groups by introducing constant intensity current or adopting cyclic voltammetry. The surface treatment method of the carbon particles provided by the invention has the advantages of easily available raw materials, low cost, simple operation and large-scale preparation, and the types, the number and the distribution of the functional groups can be regulated and controlled. |
