titleOfInvention | Acrylate emulsion for building interior wall coating, preparation method thereof and coating |
abstract | The invention provides an acrylic ester emulsion for building interior wall coating, a preparation method thereof and a coating, belonging to the technical field of building coatings, wherein the emulsion is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 6-20 parts of butyl acrylate, 15.5-26 parts of styrene, 6-20 parts of isooctyl acrylate, 0.11-0.55 part of self-crosslinking monomer, 0.15-1.3 parts of acrylamide, 0.2-3 parts of carboxyl monomer, 0.015-0.12 part of silane coupling agent, 0.21-0.81 part of reactive anionic emulsifier, 0.21-0.81 part of reactive nonionic emulsifier, 0.1-2 parts of polyethyleneimine, 0.1-0.2 part of adipic acid dihydrazide, 0.12-0.45 part of persulfate, 0.2-2 parts of ammonia water and 30-60 parts of water. The emulsion is mainly used for building interior wall coatings, the emulsion can have lower MFFT without adding a film-forming additive, and the coating prepared from the emulsion has excellent scrub resistance and freeze-thaw stability, low VOC content and good environmental protection. |
