abstract | The high-solid-content DDI-HTPB propellant with improved process performance is provided, a small amount of high-reaction-activity isocyanate curing agent and a curing catalyst are added into a butylated hydroxytoluene propellant with DDI as a curing agent and the solid content higher than 86%, and the high-reaction-activity curing agent accounts for 0.06-0.25% of the butylated hydroxytoluene propellant in percentage by mass. In the processing technology of the propellant, the adding time of the curing agent is advanced. The invention can obviously improve the processing performance of the hydroxyl-terminated propellant taking DDI as a curing agent under the condition of not increasing the mixing temperature and not increasing the total mixing time, so that the propellant slurry is kept at the temperature of 50 ℃ for 5h, the viscosity is lower than 1200 Pa.s, and the requirement of expanded charge on the processing performance of the propellant is met. |
