abstract | The invention provides an additive for improving the corrosion resistance of a concrete reinforcement and a preparation method thereof, wherein the additive comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 20-30% of component A, 20-30% of component B and 40-60% of component C; wherein the component A is prepared from acrylic acid polypropylene glycol monomethyl ether, maleic anhydride diethylene glycol monobutyl ether, methacrylic acid, 2-methyl-2-methyl acrylate and sodium methallyl sulfonate; the component B is prepared from oleic acid, polyamine and a quaternizing agent; the component C is prepared from sodium citrate, sodium hydroxide and water. The concrete reinforcing steel bar corrosion-resistant agent has the characteristics of good adaptability to cement, small mixing amount, high water reducing rate, good corrosion-resistant effect and long rust resistance duration due to scientific proportioning and synergistic effect, can effectively prevent chloride ions from damaging a reinforcing steel bar passive film, improves the corrosion resistance of a concrete reinforcing steel bar, and prolongs the service life of a reinforced concrete structure. |
