The invention relates to a method for preparing a hydrogenation catalyst for nitrobenzene and its derivatives. The noble metal is supported by functionalizing the carbon material with a high molecular polymer. The catalyst preparation method includes: (1) ultrasonically treating the carbon material and the high molecular polymer in a salt solution of a certain concentration and a certain temperature for 0.5 to 6 hours to obtain a functionalized carbon material; (2) placing the salt solution of the precious metal in a salt solution of a certain concentration. Precious metal particles with a certain size distribution are prepared under the action of a protective agent and a reducing agent; (3) the obtained aqueous solution or organic solution of the precious metal particles is ultrasonicated for 10 min and stirred for 2 to 12 h, and then the functional group-modified carbon material is loaded to obtain the supported precious metal. A catalyst; the catalyst preparation method is simple, effective, green and environmentally friendly, and after being reduced by a reducing agent, a noble metal supported catalyst with a certain size distribution and uniform dispersion is obtained. And the catalyst has broad application prospects in the field of catalysis of nitrobenzene and its derivatives. |
