titleOfInvention Preparation and application of a novel low-temperature denitration catalyst
abstract The invention provides a preparation method and application of a novel denitration catalyst. The traditional catalyst prepared by the impregnation method is mainly composed of three parts, including the active component of the catalyst, the auxiliary agent and the carrier. In addition, affected by the physical properties of the carrier such as the specific surface area and pore volume of the carrier, the loading of active components on the surface of the carrier is not uniform, which can easily cause agglomeration, thereby affecting the performance of the catalyst. The catalyst of the present invention utilizes ion exchange technology to mix the precursor of the active component (generally nitrate) with the calcined H-β molecular sieve, stir in an 80 o C water bath and air for 4 h, and then pass through several times. Washed with water, filtered, dried and calcined to finally make a catalyst. The catalyst provided by the invention has the characteristics of high activity and selectivity, high loading of active components, simple preparation and high low temperature activity.
