abstract |
The electrolytic capacitor includes: an anode body; a dielectric layer formed on the anode body; a solid electrolyte layer formed on the derivative layer; and a cathode extraction layer formed on the solid electrolyte layer. The solid electrolyte layer includes a first conductive polymer having a thiophene skeleton and a second conductive polymer having an aniline skeleton. The amount of the second conductive polymer on the dielectric layer side of the solid electrolyte layer is larger than the amount of the second conductive polymer on the cathode extraction layer side of the solid electrolyte layer. |
