titleOfInvention | NAND BOOT starting method and device based on main control chip |
abstract | The application relates to a NAND BOOT starting method and device based on a main control chip, computer equipment and a storage medium, wherein the method comprises the following steps: acquiring a NAND BOOT starting request based on a main control chip; reading internal NAND FLASH parameters according to the request; if the internal NAND FLASH parameters are not matched, selecting a protocol and an operation mode matched with NAND FLASH particles according to GPIO pins of the main control chip, and reading NAND FLASH parameters from the outside; running the NAND FLASH parameter read from the outside; and if the NAND FLASH parameter read from the outside fails to operate, the main control chip retrains the matched NAND FLASH parameter, stores the matched NAND FLASH parameter and loads the BOOT file to operate. The compatibility of the main control chip is greatly improved by the automatic tracing NAND FLASH parameter method, NAND FLASH particles with various types and parameters can be adapted, and the NAND BOOT success rate of the main control chip is higher. |
