abstract The invention discloses an immunomagnetic bead indirect ELISA kit for detecting IBDV antibodies and application thereof. The kit contains immunomagnetic beads coupled with IBDV VP3 protein, wherein the IBDV VP3 protein is obtained by expressing and purifying a pichia pastoris expression system. The invention establishes a novel immunomagnetic bead indirect ELISA method for detecting IBDV serum antibody by using recombinant VP3 protein expressed by a pichia pastoris expression system as an antigen. Compared with the commercial IBDV serum antibody detection kit, the operation process saves about 1h compared with the commercial IBDV serum antibody detection kit, and obviously saves the serum dosage. Experimental results show that the immunomagnetic bead indirect ELISA method for detecting IBDV antibodies in chicken serum, which is established by taking IBDV VP3 recombinant protein as antigen, has good specificity and sensitivity, good repeatability and high coincidence rate, can shorten detection time and is simple and convenient to operate. The invention provides a new technical means for the rapid detection of the anti-chicken IBDV serum antibody.
