abstract The invention provides a method for quickly quantifying the content of filling oil in insoluble sulfur, which comprises the following steps: filling the adsorbent into a chromatographic column, directly and solidly loading an insoluble sulfur sample on glass wool at the top of the chromatographic column, eluting the sample by using a sulfur-saturated solvent, collecting the eluent, standing and volatilizing to obtain filling oil, and calculating the content of the filling oil. The method can rapidly and accurately quantify the filling oil content in the insoluble sulfur, has low organic solvent usage amount and sample usage amount, provides a new test method for production research and development, quality control and the like of insoluble sulfur products, and has wide application prospect.
