titleOfInvention Colored antibacterial Lyocell fiber and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention provides a colored antibacterial Lyocell fiber, which consists of a Lyocell fiber matrix and a silk fibroin/iridoid compound; the invention also provides a preparation method of the fiber, the functional Lyocell fiber can be produced on the basis of a conventional Lyocell fiber production line, and the method is simple and suitable for large-scale production; the iridoid compound used in the invention can develop color after reacting with protein, and also has antibacterial property. Therefore, the prepared Lyocell fiber has both color and antibacterial functions, is uniformly dyed, does not add any auxiliary agent, has small influence on the strength of the fiber, and does not influence a solvent recovery system of the Lyocell fiber; the prepared fiber has the bacteriostasis rate of more than or equal to 80 percent on staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli and candida albicans, and the antibiosis rate of more than or equal to 70 percent after being washed for 50 times.
