titleOfInvention | A kind of ultra-abyss-derived lysozyme and preparation method thereof |
abstract | An ultra-abyss-derived lysozyme and a preparation method thereof relate to the nucleotide sequence of the Eurythenes gryllus lysozyme gene and the amino acid sequence encoded by the lysozyme gene. The total RNA of Eurythenes gryllus was extracted, reverse transcribed into cDNA by RT-PCR, and the nucleotide sequence encoding the lysozyme gene was obtained by PCR amplification, and the lysozyme gene EgLyz was identified. A recombinant plasmid suitable for prokaryotic expression was constructed in the pET‑His vector, and the recombinant protein was expressed in Escherichia coli BL21. The purified protein was of high purity, laying a solid foundation for subsequent biological activity analysis. The lysozyme expressed by homologous recombination can overcome the disadvantages of difficult to obtain raw material sources, complicated separation and purification process, and low yield, laying a foundation for the protein to be widely used in the fields of medicine, food and feed industries. |
