titleOfInvention Method for preparing wood oil by biomass liquefaction and application thereof
abstract The invention discloses a method for preparing wood oil by liquefying biomass and application thereof. Adding pretreated biomass into a reaction kettle, adding a water cosolvent in an anaerobic state, heating to 150-220 ℃ under stirring, and adding Lewis acid for dehydration reaction to obtain liquefied biomass mixed liquor; adding alkali into the biomass mixed solution for neutralization reaction, cooling, filtering to remove precipitate obtained by neutralization and ash in the biomass, wherein the obtained filtrate is a mixture of liquefied biomass and a solvent, namely wood oil; the preparation method is simple, the reaction temperature is reduced, the requirement on equipment is low, the energy consumption and the requirement on a heat source are effectively reduced, the biomass is completely liquefied, the utilization efficiency of the biomass is greatly improved, the obtained product wood oil can be used for preparing the biological heavy oil, and the content of sulfide substances in the biomass is very low, so that the sulfide content of the obtained biological heavy oil is greatly lower than that of the heavy oil before mixing, the green and environment-friendly requirements are met, and the method is suitable for popularization and application.
