abstract | The invention relates to a long-acting water-based ship inner cabin paint and a preparation method thereof, wherein the ship inner cabin paint comprises 40-60 parts of water-based alkyd resin, 1-2 parts of mesoporous silica hollow spheres, 10-20 parts of aminosilane coupling agent, 0.5-0.7 part of wetting dispersant, 15-23 parts of pigment and filler, 0.1-0.5 part of cerium nitrate corrosion inhibitor (5% aqueous solution), 0.1-0.3 part of ultraviolet absorber, 0.2-0.5 part of pH regulator, 0.1-0.3% of adhesion promoter, 1-2% of drier, 0.3-0.7 part of thickener, 0.2-0.6 part of defoamer and 10-15 parts of water. The VOC is only 8g/L, the artificial aging resistance reaches 300h, the salt spray resistance of a matched coating reaches 1000h, the water resistance reaches 21d, and the long-acting protection requirements of living cabins of ships and ocean platforms and building steel structures are met through low flame spread, smoke and toxicity tests. |
