titleOfInvention | Agglomerated propylene containing thermally reversible crosslinking group and preparation method thereof |
abstract | A preparation method of polypropylene containing a thermoreversible crosslinking group, wherein the weight content of the thermoreversible crosslinking group in the polypropylene is 1-50%, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: step (I): chlorinating isotactic polypropylene at the temperature of 110-130 ℃, wherein a chlorination reaction solvent is an aqueous solution, controlling the addition of chlorine to obtain chlorinated polypropylene, and the chlorination rate of the dried chlorinated polypropylene is 1-40%; step (II): dissolving the chlorinated polypropylene obtained in the step (I) by using a solvent at 60-120 ℃, sequentially adding an aryl compound containing the thermal reversible crosslinking and a catalyst, reacting for 1-10h at 60-120 ℃, cooling, filtering out the solvent, washing by using a dilute hydrochloric acid solution, then washing by using a sodium bicarbonate solution, washing until the product is neutral, and drying to obtain the polypropylene containing the thermal reversible crosslinking group. The invention has simple process and strong operability, overcomes the defects of CPD-Na (CH) containing thermally reversible crosslinking groups 3 ) 2 The preparation of AlCPD and other groups is difficult, the reaction conditions are harsh and the like, and the mechanical property and the melt strength foaming property of the polypropylene are obviously improved. |
