It comprises the following steps: 1) using antimony trichloride and hydrochloric acid as raw materials, weighing and mixing to obtain a mixed solution; 2) placing the mixed solution in a water bath for oxidation, then mixing with a large amount of water for hydrolysis, filtering and separating to obtain a hydrolyzate , the amorphous antimony oxide used to adsorb radioactive strontium-90 and cobalt-60 after drying.
