titleOfInvention | Vaccine diluent and preparation method and application thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to the field of immunology, and particularly discloses a vaccine diluent which comprises water for injection and a polymer as raw materials, and an immunopotentiator is optionally added. The preparation method of the vaccine diluent comprises the steps of weighing raw materials, placing the raw materials at the bottom of a stainless steel high-pressure reactor, placing magnetons, sealing, placing the reactor in a water bath with magnetic stirring, setting the temperature of the water bath, starting a single-cylinder injection pump to fill carbon dioxide to the pressure required by an experiment, stopping stamping, closing a valve of the reactor, keeping the internal pressure of the reactor unchanged, and setting the stirring speed. Placing in water bath at constant temperature for a certain time for reaction, and releasing pressure to obtain the final product. The diluent composition after supercritical carbon dioxide treatment is easy for industrial production of vaccines, and is safe and effective. The diluent prepared in the invention can be applied to live vaccine antigens, inactivated vaccine antigens or synthetic peptide vaccine antigens. |
