abstract |
Disclosed herein is a fuel cell electrode material comprising a plurality of pores having a substantially uniform size of about 500 nm to 5 mm, having a variation of less than 20%, and having a porosity of about 40-85% Rate. The fuel cell electrode material can be used as a catalyst layer, a gas fusion layer or a water treatment layer in a fuel cell device. A plurality of fuel cell devices comprising such fine arrayed porous fuel cell electrode materials with different designs and methods of making such fine arrayed porous fuel cell electrode materials are also disclosed herein. |
