abstract The invention discloses a metal oxide/metal composite nano dendritic structure material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following specific steps: s1, dissolving iron group metal salt in water to form a uniform solution, adding ammonium chloride serving as a supporting electrolyte, and uniformly stirring; s2, performing electrodeposition in the solution of S1 by using a metal titanium sheet as a cathode to prepare metal nano branches on the metal titanium sheet; and S3, taking the iron group metal nano tree branch prepared in the step S2 as a cathode, and preparing a product in an iron group metal salt solution through electrodeposition. The method has simple preparation process and is very suitable for industrial production, and the prepared metal oxide/metal composite nano dendritic structure material has high conductivity and high specific surface area and is a super capacitor electrode material with wide application prospect.
