The invention discloses a circulating miRNA marker related to the auxiliary diagnosis of endometrial cancer and its application. The marker is plasma markers miR-142-3p, miR-146a-5p and miR-151a-5p and serum markers One or more of miR-143-3p, miR-195-5p, miR-20b-5p, miR-204-5p, miR-423-3p and miR-484. As a novel biomarker, circulating miRNA has the characteristics of good stability, minimally invasive and easy access, high sensitivity and specificity. The development and utilization of such molecular markers will provide new directions for the diagnosis and further treatment of various diseases including tumors. This study will be more targeted to obtain circulating miRNA markers with clinical diagnostic potential for endometrial cancer. The study confirmed the reliability and reproducibility of this group of miRNAs as non-invasive markers for the diagnosis of endometrial cancer. |
