In addition, the polypropylene composite material adopts a double-screw extruder with super-large length-diameter ratio, high rotating speed and large torque to carry out melt mixing so as to improve the stability of the material; and the removal rate of the micromolecules is improved by adopting double vacuum ports for vacuumizing treatment, so that the obtained composite material has the advantages of easiness in processing, low volatility, low odor and excellent physical and mechanical properties, and the requirement of automotive upholstery on the material can be completely met. |
