titleOfInvention | Lignin-reinforced NBR/PVC elastomer and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of rubber materials, and discloses a lignin-reinforced NBR/PVC elastomer and a preparation method thereof. The lignin-reinforced NBR/PVC elastomer is obtained by reacting the following components in parts by mass: the total mass of the NBR and the PVC is 100 parts, the mass ratio of the NBR to the PVC is 4: 1-1: 1, the lignin is 10-50 parts, the carbon black is 10-50 parts, the heat stabilizer is 0.5-3 parts, the ZnO is 2-5 parts, the stearic acid is 1-2 parts, the coordination vulcanizing agent is 1-10 parts, the elemental sulfur is 0.1-3 parts, and the vulcanization accelerator is 0.5-2 parts. According to the invention, the lignin is used for partially replacing carbon black as a filler, so that the ultraviolet radiation resistance and ageing resistance of the elastomer are improved, and the reinforcing effect of the lignin is improved; the NBR/PVC elastomer has good comprehensive mechanical property, the tensile strength of the NBR/PVC elastomer can reach 25-35 MPa, and the breaking tensile rate of the NBR/PVC elastomer can reach 150-400%. |
