abstract The invention relates to a method for treating low-ammonia nitrogen uranium-containing wastewater in a nitrate system, which comprises the following steps: (1) pretreating wastewater; (2) obtaining nitrate radical-resistant chelate uranium absorption resin, fully wetting the resin with water, and then loading the resin into an adsorption tower, wherein the height of a resin bed is more than or equal to 1 m; (3) ejecting the residual wastewater in the tower by using 1-3BV of clear water for the uranium-loaded saturated resin obtained in the step (2), introducing a prepared eluent, and leaching for more than or equal to 10min to obtain an eluent; (4) and (4) washing the resin washed in the step (3) with water until the total concentration of carbonate and bicarbonate in the washing water is lower than 1.5g/L, and returning the resin washed with water again to adsorb uranium. The method not only realizes effective recovery of trace uranium under a nitrate radical system, but also realizes effective removal of low-concentration ammonia nitrogen in the wastewater, and finally achieves the purpose of standard-reaching discharge of the wastewater.
