| abstract |
A method and apparatus for producing granules using a dry mixer for stirring powder in a dry state, and a wet mixer for stirring powder located on the lower side in the vertical direction of the dry mixer. In a wet mixer, the powder is stirred together with the liquid component to form granules. The wet mixer includes: a cylindrical stirring chamber whose center axis is arranged in the horizontal direction; a shearing blade that rotates around the cylindrical central axis in the stirring chamber; and a stirring blade that rotates along the inner wall, which is a side surface of the cylindrical shape, in the stirring chamber . When the stirring blade passes through the position on the upper side in the vertical direction with respect to the central axis of the stirring chamber, the stirring blade is swung. |
