titleOfInvention | Method for extracting active ingredients of eucommia leaves with assistance of enzyme |
abstract | The invention provides a method for enzyme-assisted extraction of active ingredients of folium cortex eucommiae, which solves the problems of complicated extraction process, long extraction time, high extraction cost and the like existing in the process of extracting the active ingredients of the folium cortex eucommiae by using the existing biological enzyme method. The method comprises the following steps: step 1) removing impurities and crushing, removing impurities from folium cortex eucommiae, and crushing for later use; step 2) carrying out enzymatic extraction, namely mixing the eucommia leaves crushed in the step 1) with an enzyme solution, placing the mixture in a reactor, and allowing the enzyme solution to submerge the eucommia leaves to carry out enzymatic hydrolysis reaction; the enzyme solution comprises a main enzyme and a coenzyme; the main enzyme is cellulase; the coenzyme is one or more of xylanase, pectinase and cutinase; and 3) separating, namely centrifuging after the enzymatic hydrolysis reaction in the step 2) is finished, and performing solid-liquid separation on the hydrolysate to obtain hydrolysis supernatant containing active ingredients. |
