abstract | The invention provides a method for detecting metabolites of a patient with diabetic nephropathy treated by a gandi capsule, which is characterized by comprising the following specific steps of S1, 1:1 selection of a test group and a control group; s2, collecting samples to be detected periodically; s3, processing the sample of S2, and carrying out UPLC-Q-TOF/MS separation analysis; s4, carrying out metabolic profile analysis on the UPLC-Q-TOF/MS spectrum data obtained in the S3 to obtain a data set; s5, constructing a partial least squares discriminant analysis model according to the data set obtained in S4; s6, constructing an S-PLOT load graph according to the model of the S5 component, calculating a VIP value, obtaining a corresponding P value at the same time, and screening out a metabolic marker capable of distinguishing a blank group from a sweet land capsule administration group under the condition that the VIP value is more than 1.0 and the P value is less than 0.05. The pharmacological mechanism of the gandi capsule for treating the diabetic nephropathy can be predicted by the method. |
