The invention discloses a plasma miRNA marker related to the auxiliary diagnosis of breast cancer and its application, the markers are let-7b-5p, miR-122-5p, miR-146b-5p, miR-210-3p and miR One or more of ‑215‑5p. As a novel biomarker, plasma miRNA has the characteristics of good stability, minimally invasive and easy access, and high sensitivity and specificity. The development and utilization of such molecular markers will provide new directions for the diagnosis and further treatment of various diseases including tumors. This study will be more targeted to obtain breast cancer plasma miRNA markers with clinical diagnostic potential. The study confirmed the reliability and reproducibility of this group of miRNAs as non-invasive markers for the diagnosis of breast cancer. |
