Each simulation layer includes marine area, sand culture area, sand-soil boundary area and soil culture area. Plants are planted in the sand culture area, sand boundary area and soil culture area respectively. Under the variable temperature condition of 25°C, the sunlight was simulated for 10-12h/d with a light intensity of 1000-5000lx by a fluorescent lamp, and the root system and seedling height were measured after planting for 14-20d; after gene screening, large-scale propagation was performed. The invention can effectively avoid the difference between the experimental environment and the field environment, so as to screen out the plants that are more suitable for the high-salinity air environment in the natural state.
