The invention relates to a tetrazole molecular probe compound or composition, and a preparation method and application thereof. The tetrazole molecular probe compound or the composition comprises at least one of the following compounds: the tetrazole molecular probe can specifically mark annexin (Annexins) in a complex biological system, and biological properties such as high and low expression level, biological activity state, abundance, distribution in cells and tissues and the like of the annexin in a body can be analyzed through detecting the marking result of the probe, so that the accurate detection of apoptosis is realized, and the purposes of early diagnosis and treatment of related diseases such as cancer and the like are achieved.
