titleOfInvention A method for removing wax of wolfberry fresh fruit with micro-electric water
abstract The invention discloses a method for removing fruit wax of wolfberry fresh fruit by using micro-electric water, belonging to the technical field of wolfberry processing. (2) Choose fresh, no damage, no pests and diseases, full-grained wolfberry with fruit stems; (3) spray the wolfberry in step (1) with the micro-electric water in step (1) , remove the fruit wax from the epidermis of the medlar, and filter out the micro-electric water; (4) dry the medlar from which the micro-electric water was filtered out in step (4) to a moisture content of ≤13%. The application uses micro-electric water to remove the waxy layer on the peel of the fresh wolfberry fruit. The micro-electric water of the invention is colorless, odorless, transparent, non-toxic, safe and environmentally friendly, and has no harm to human skin, wolfberry and cleaning equipment.
