abstract | The invention discloses a method for removing fruit wax of wolfberry fresh fruit by using micro-electric water, belonging to the technical field of wolfberry processing. The application uses micro-electric water to remove the waxy layer on the peel of the fresh wolfberry fruit. The micro-electric water of the invention is colorless, odorless, transparent, non-toxic, safe and environmentally friendly, and has no harm to human skin, wolfberry and cleaning equipment. |
