titleOfInvention | Preparation method of antibacterial composite fiber, antibacterial fabric and application |
abstract | The invention provides a preparation method of an antibacterial composite fiber, the antibacterial composite fiber, an antibacterial fabric and application, and relates to the technical field of fibers, wherein the preparation method of the antibacterial composite fiber comprises the following steps: soaking a fiber substrate into an aniline solution to make aniline adsorbed on the fiber substrate, wherein the fiber substrate is hydroxyl-containing high polymer fiber; and adding the fiber substrate adsorbed with the aniline into a silver salt solution, and reacting the aniline with the silver salt to obtain the antibacterial composite fiber. The technical problem that the antibacterial composite fiber prepared by the existing surface modification technology cannot realize lasting antibacterial performance is solved. According to the preparation method of the antibacterial composite fiber, the hydroxyl on the fiber substrate and the amino in the aniline form hydrogen bonds, and then in-situ oxidation-reduction reaction is carried out to obtain the antibacterial composite fiber, so that the nano silver and the polyaniline are firmly combined with the fiber substrate, and the antibacterial performance and the catalytic performance are more durable and stable. |
