The invention discloses a SYBR Green fluorescent quantitative RT-PCR primer and application for detecting Nebovirus, and the sequence of the primer is shown in SEQ ID NOs: 1-2. The primer can be used in the rapid diagnosis of Nebovirus, and the present invention can detect Nebovirus rapidly, specifically and sensitively, and the minimum detection concentration is 29 copies/μL. The operation method used in the invention is simple, the reaction results are easy to judge, the sensitivity and detection rate are high, and false positive phenomenon can be avoided, and is suitable for disease monitoring, on-site emergency and clinical sample detection, and is suitable for wide-scale popularization and application. |
