titleOfInvention | Kit for detecting mycoplasma genitalium |
abstract | The invention discloses a kit for detecting mycoplasma genitalium, which comprises two schemes: the scheme is that the kit comprises two reagents, namely methionine aminopeptidase and leukocyte esterase, wherein an enzyme substrate for detecting the activity of the methionine aminopeptidase is a methionine derivative containing chromogen; the enzyme substrate for detecting the activity of the leukocyte esterase is an ester derivative containing chromogen. The second scheme is three reagents, namely, on the basis of the first scheme, a proline aminopeptidase detection reagent is further included, and an enzyme substrate for detecting the activity of the proline aminopeptidase is a proline derivative containing chromogen. The invention detects the enzyme synthesized by the mycoplasma genitalium in the growth process or the enzyme produced by stimulating parasitic cells through a dry chemical enzyme method, achieves the aim of detecting the mycoplasma genitalium, and has the advantages of rapidness, simplicity, convenience, accuracy and the like. The kit for detecting the mycoplasma genitalium has higher sensitivity and specificity, has similar performance to the existing similar detection reagent, and can completely meet the clinical detection requirement. |
