abstract | The invention provides a silanized hydrophobic modified polyvinyl alcohol-based porous material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the silanized hydrophobic modified polyvinyl alcohol-based porous material provided by the invention comprises the following steps: under the alkaline condition, the silanized monomer reacts with PVF foam in a solvent to obtain the silanized hydrophobic modified polyvinyl alcohol-based porous material; the silanized monomer is one or more of alkyl trimethoxy silane; the alkyl in the alkyl trimethoxy silane is C 3 ~C 18 Alkyl group of (1). According to the invention, a silanized monomer reacts with PVF foam, specifically, the silanized monomer is hydrolyzed into silanol, and the hydrophobic chain segment structure is easily modified on the surface of the PVF foam by utilizing dehydration between the silanol and dehydration condensation between the silanol and hydroxyl in the PVF, so that the hydrophobic modified polyvinyl alcohol-based porous material is obtained, and the obtained hydrophobic modified polyvinyl alcohol-based porous material has excellent oil absorption performance. |
