abstract | The invention discloses a coordinated supramolecular elastomer of a polyacrylate soft component/a metal coordinated polyacrylic acid polymer hard component and a preparation method thereof. The coordinated supermolecule elastomer comprises an acrylate copolymer as a soft component and a hard component of a metal ion coordinated low molecular weight polyacrylic polymer. The covalent network structure in the coordinated supermolecule elastomer and the network of the metal ion coordinated low molecular weight polymer form an interpenetrating structure, and the chain structure is tightly wound. The soft component/hard component prepares the coordinated supramolecular elastomer by an in-situ compounding method. The zinc-containing coordination supermolecule elastomer has the tensile strength of 2.07-4.08 MPa and the tensile strain of 1.81-3.97. The cadmium-containing coordination supermolecule elastomer has the tensile strength of 1.84-4.36 MPa and the tensile strain of 3.43-4.2. The magnesium-containing coordination supramolecular elastomer has the tensile strength of 2.2-3.2 MPa and the tensile strain of 5-7.5. |
