abstract | The invention discloses a method for preparing a geminal dinitro compound by using nitrate hydrate. In an organic solvent, nitrate hydrate is used as a nitro group source, an oxygen-containing compound is used as an additive, and 1,6-diacetylene is used as a base. The nitration-cyclization-oxidation series reaction occurs in the compound, and the geminal dinitro compound is obtained by post-treatment after the reaction is completed. The method of the invention uses 1,6-diyne to directly nitrate to synthesize the geminal dinitro compound, the preparation method is simple, and the nitrate hydrate is used as the nitro group source, which is cheap, easy to obtain, safe and stable. The method of the invention can be used for synthesizing a series of geminal dinitro compounds, and the synthesized products can further explore their nitric oxide releasing ability and study their medicinal activities. |
