The invention also discloses a manufacturing process of the silicon carbide fastener, which comprises the steps of early molding and slip casting, middle machining and post-processing, wherein the slurry used in the steps of early molding and slip casting comprises the following components in parts by weight: 75-85 parts of silicon carbide micro powder, 58-62 parts of softened water, 3.6-4.4 parts of carbon black, 2.7-3.3 parts of carbon fiber, 2.7-3.3 parts of silicon nitride micro powder, 2.7-3.3 parts of metal tungsten micro powder, 2.7-3.3 parts of manganese dioxide powder, 2.7-3.3 parts of titanium oxide powder, 3.6-4.4 parts of dispersing agent and 6.5-7.5 parts of binding agent. |
