titleOfInvention | Catalyst for low-temperature hydrogenation of acetate, preparation method thereof, and method for producing alcohol by hydrogenation of acetate |
abstract | The invention relates to the field of catalysts for ester hydrogenation, and discloses a catalyst for low-temperature hydrogenation of acetate, a preparation method thereof, and a method for producing alcohol by hydrogenation of acetate. The catalyst, in terms of weight percentage, comprises the following components (1) 25% to 37% of copper or copper oxide in terms of copper element; (2) 25% to 37% of zinc in terms of zinc element or zinc oxide; (3) 10% to 18% of zirconium or zirconium oxide based on zirconium element; (4) 15% to 30% of a mixture of alumina and silica. The catalyst of the present invention has the advantages of high activity, low use temperature and excellent selectivity. After long-term evaluation, the catalyst showed ideal stability. |
