abstract The invention belongs to the technical field of regenerative engineering, and relates to a temperature-sensitive injectable hydrogel loaded with adipose-derived stem cell exosomes, and a preparation method and application thereof. The temperature-sensitive injectable hydrogel loaded with the adipose-derived stem cells comprises temperature-sensitive injectable hydrogel and adipose-derived stem cell exosomes, wherein the temperature-sensitive injectable hydrogel contains chitosan, nano hydroxyapatite-collagen and beta-sodium glycerophosphate. Due to the addition of the exosome, the temperature-sensitive injectable hydrogel loaded with the adipose-derived stem cell exosome can remarkably improve the expression of the osteogenic capacity of the ADSCs on the hydrogel. Thereby providing an experimental basis for clinical application of innovative bone substitute materials and providing a new way for clinical bone wound repair.
