The magnetic composite diagnosis and treatment agent enhances radio frequency ablation in a radio frequency field through the following two ways, namely, menthol carried in the agent realizes solid-liquid-gas three-phase conversion to generate transient cavitation, and simultaneously blocks heat loss and enhances radio frequency ablation; secondly, the porous Fe3O4 nano particles generate magnetic-thermal transition to further enhance the radio frequency ablation. In addition, the magnetic composite diagnosis and treatment agent is carried out along with radio frequency, the exchange rate and coordination number of the porous hollow Fe3O4 and water molecules are remarkably increased, so that the T1 weighted MRI effect is enhanced, and the monitoring of the radio frequency ablation process is realized.
