titleOfInvention Solid-state imaging device, imaging method, and electronic device
abstract The present invention relates to a solid-state imaging device, an imaging method, and an electronic device capable of shortening exposure time. One pixel and the other pixel are pixels having different exposure start timing and exposure end timing. The active light starts to emit light and stops emitting light within the exposure time of the one pixel. For example, the one pixel starts exposure and ends exposure before and after the active light emits light, respectively. The other pixel starts exposure at a time point after the time Ta1 has elapsed since the active light emission, and ends the exposure after the one pixel has finished exposure. The present invention can be applied to, for example, an imaging device that performs imaging using active light.
