Viral particles for the transfer of RNA to cells especially involved in immune responses |
abstract |
The present invention relates to retroviral particles comprising a protein from a Gag polyprotein, an envelope protein, optionally an integrase and at least two encapsidated non-viral RNAs each comprising target RNA sequences that bind to encapsidation sequences, each encapsidation sequence recognized by a binding domain incorporated into the protein from the Gag polyprotein and/or integrase; and, the encapsidated non-viral RNA At least one target sequence comprises a portion encoding at least one epitope and/or at least one molecular structure that specifically recognizes the epitope. |
