abstract | The invention discloses a clostridium perfringens type B exotoxin, a preparation method thereof, a toxin production culture medium and application. Wherein each 1000ml of the toxigenic culture medium is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-25g of peptone, 3-5g of yeast extract powder, 3-4g of NaCl and Na 2 HPO 4 ยท12H 2 5-10g of O, 5-10g of dextrin or 5-10g of crude dextrin, and the balance of water for injection. The clostridium perfringens type B toxin liquid prepared by the method has the highest toxicity which can reach 1 mouse MLD which is less than or equal to 0.0006mL and is 3.3 times higher than the vaccine preparation standard. In addition, the neutralization titer of the triple inactivated vaccine for the enterotoxemia of the fast plague and the sudden sniper (or lamb dysentery) prepared by the triple inactivated vaccine in the corresponding sera of the rabbits and the sheep also reaches or is higher than the related regulation standard. |
